Estamos buscando un Senior Sales Leader para llevar nuestro equipo comercial al siguiente nivel Buscamos un perfil con visión estratégica, fuerte liderazgo y un track record impecable en ventas consultivas para impulsar nuestra expansión regional.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?
Estrategia Comercial: Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos de facturación (Revenue Targets) en la región, identificando nuevos nichos y oportunidades de mercado.
Liderazgo & Mentoring: Acompañar, capacitar y potenciar al equipo de ventas, asegurando la adopción de mejores prácticas y el cumplimiento de KPIs.
Gestión de Cuentas Enterprise: Liderar personalmente las negociaciones con clientes corporativos de gran volumen (Key Accounts), interactuando con decisores C-Level.
Optimización del Funnel: Analizar métricas en HubSpot para detectar cuellos de botella, mejorar la conversión y asegurar la salud del pipeline comercial.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Trabajar codo a codo con los equipos de Operaciones, Producto y Marketing para alinear la propuesta de valor y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
Representación: Ser la cara visible de Moova en eventos de la industria y foros de logística, construyendo relaciones de alto nivel.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
+5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B consultivas, preferentemente en industrias de Logística, Supply Chain o SaaS (Tecnología).
Experiencia en Liderazgo: Haber liderado equipos comerciales o gestionado proyectos estratégicos regionales (Excluyente).
Conocimiento del Sector: Profundo entendimiento del ecosistema de Última Milla, E-commerce y Tecnología aplicada a logística.
Título Universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Comercialización o afines (MBA es un plus).
Data Driven: Manejo avanzado de CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos y métricas de conversión.
Habilidades Soft: Excelencia en negociación, visión estratégica, resiliencia y capacidad para inspirar a otros.
Nivel de Inglés Avanzado (necesario para reportes regionales e interacción con stakeholders globales).
