The Role:

We're hiring a high-end, full-time short-form video editor to help create 4–5 scroll-stopping videos per day for personal brands. You'll work with raw podcast clips, talking-head content, and mobile footage to produce videos that blend visual storytelling, emotionally resonant pacing, and viral hooks. You'll collaborate with our creative team to support multiple clients and push their content to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:


• Edit 4–5 short-form videos per day based on priority and complexity


• Cut down raw footage into high-retention, emotionally engaging social clips


• Sync audio, sound design, and background music to create a polished final product


• Add captions, B-roll, sound effects, and dynamic text to boost engagement


• Follow brand guidelines and style templates for consistency


• Stay on top of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts trends to bring new editing ideas


• Work closely with creative leads and strategists to align on storytelling


• Organize files efficiently and meet all editing deadlines

What You'll Bring:


• Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve


• Knowledge of what makes content go viral across Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts


• Fluent in English with the ability to cut and caption English-speaking videos


• Familiarity with AI tools like Adobe AI, Descript, Runway, etc.


• Excellent ear for audio quality, music transitions, and pacing


• A sharp eye for detail and creative problem-solving


• Ability to work independently and hit daily content quotas


• Bonus: Basic motion graphics or animation skills
