At Cona, we are looking for a PTCI Services Buyer for an important Chinese company in the wind power industry. The responsibilities include managing purchases and contracts, developing suppliers related to projects, adhering to the internal procedures of the area, and providing solutions to each internal client of the company.Responsibilities:
Develop suppliers in the local and international market related to the metalworking industry for the manufacturing of tower components, raw materials, etc.
Develop local and international suppliers of PTCI services.
Cooperate with project teams in monitoring the performance of main contractors.
Assist in drafting Project Contracts.
Assist in generating the budget for new projects by supporting the Commercial sector.
Plan and organize workload based on priorities defined by internal clients.
Set objectives and deadlines for tasks or activities, defining priorities.
Manage purchases and contracts arising from the execution of projects.
Coordinate procurement and logistics processes ensuring that the required items are available at the intended destination with the appropriate quality and within the agreed schedule.
Participate in the negotiation processes of Services and Subcontracts.Requirements:
Knowledge in Project Contract Management.
Knowledge and experience in the Metalworking industry.
Knowledge in strategic planning of project purchases and contracts.
Knowledge in coordinating and controlling internal logistics process activities.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Purchasing and Contracting.
University degree.
Fluent English skills. (Mandatory)
SAP management.We Offer:
