A leading multinational company dedicated to the production of renewable energies is looking for a Contract Manager with excellent skills in coordinating and controlling documentation, ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations and policies for each project to be carried out.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage, negotiate, and evaluate contracts with subcontractors and clients.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and conditions described in the contracts.
Analyze potential risks associated with specific contractual terms.
Ensure that the project team is fully aware of the contractual conditions and risks.
Prepare presentations for service orders, change orders, claims for extensions of time, or recognition of additional costs.
Prepare reports on circumstances such as force majeure, delays, and other relevant impacts.
Coordinate with the legal department on contractual interpretations, dispute management, and compliance with local laws.
Mandatory Requirements:

Academic background: Law degree or advanced law student.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions involving contract review, negotiation, or management.
Advanced English language skills.
Desirable experience in the Energy, Construction, or Oil industries.
