Mira cómo será tu día a día:

  • Punto de contacto principal para el cliente en todo lo relacionado con los servicios, garantizando una comunicación efectiva sobre el estado del servicio y las necesidades del cliente.
  • Gestión integral del servicio: asegurar que se cumplan los niveles de servicio acordados entre Logicalis y el cliente.
  • Interacción entre el cliente y las áreas internas de Logicalis.
  • Gestión de planes de entrega de servicios con el cliente, asignación de recursos dedicados (OUT) y seguimiento de proyectos relacionados con redes para garantizar la entrega oportuna y eficiente.
  • Optimización y mejora continua: Identificar oportunidades de mejoras/cambios que optimicen el rendimiento y la eficiencia.
  • Generación de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs), reportes de servicios trimestrales, informes mensuales y análisis para evaluar la eficacia de los servicios de red y proponer medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario.
  • Interacción con Vendors.
  • Seguimiento de cuentas, con Engagement Manager.

  • Valoramos que hayas trabajado en el área de tecnología.
  • Suma que hayas tenido posiciones en áreas técnicas de telecomunicaciones.
  • Que tengas certificaciones (CCNA, PMP) es un plus
