Key Responsibilities

Execute the civil-structural engineering, design and technical development of complex mining and cement projects.

  Support structural, geotechnical, and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.

  Prepare and review engineering deliverables including drawings, calculations, design reports, and technical documentation.

  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

  Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.

  Participate in site supervision, construction inspections, and commissioning activities globally.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with relevant exposure to mining and cement projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in design, analysis, and construction of infrastructure works.
  • Proficiency in design codes, structural analysis software (e.g.,SAP 2000, Staad Pro), and construction management tools.
  • Outstanding leadership skills: capable of coordinating and motivating multidisciplinary teams in complex projects, making informed and firm decisions even under uncertainty, and managing conflicts constructively to strengthen collaboration.
  • Advanced or bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
