Finance Support – Administrative tasks

Sobre el rol:
Como Project Support, darás apoyo al seguimiento administrativo al pago de facturas en proyectos de PM de cliente corporativo con el fin de asegurarse de la gestión exitosa y continuidad de los procesos.
Principales tareas:
Tareas administrativas basadas en tareas administrativas en el pago de facturas gestión de proyectos de Facilities Management.
Gestión alta y firma de contratos a proveedores.
Ayuda con apoyo administrativo de seguimientos a los PM a cargo de los proyectos de la región.
Preparar informes de clientes de rutina y especiales según sea necesario.
Se pueden agregar otros.
Requisitos:
Formación académica Técnicos en Finanzas, Administración o Contaduría.
A partir de 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares (plus empresas multinacionales).
Competencias Paquete Microsoft Office.
Manejo de impuestos locales.
Inglés avanzado en comunicación verbal. Excluyente.
Condiciones y beneficios:
Trabajas de lunes a viernes de 8am a 6pm con flexibilidad.
