Job Title:
EUC IT Desktop Support Technician
Location:
Onsite | 5 days/week
Job Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues.
- Hands-on experience in desktop/laptop repairs, printer support, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Expertise in desk-side support, PC break/fix, and Windows/Mac/Linux OS administration (preferred).
- Ability to lift/move IT equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Smart hands support for networking/peripheral hardware (monitors, routers, switches, printers, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution.
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba) preferred.
Non-Technical Skills:
- Strong customer management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to flexible work schedules.
