Independent Talent Acquisition Specialist (Freelance) LATAM Based

FlowDesk CX is actively seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Latin America (LATAM) to join us as an independent contractor. Join our high-performing team to manage volume recruitment for critical Contact Center and Customer Experience roles serving our diverse European Union (EU) client base.

The Collaboration Model
  • Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
  • Location: Fully Remote work from any location within LATAM.
  • Flexibility: Performance-Based Scheduling We prioritize successful outcomes over fixed clock-in times.
  • Remuneration: Highly competitive fees per successful placement, compensated in Euros.
What You Will Deliver

You will be responsible for executing key recruitment cycle stages for our international partners, focusing on delivering high-quality, high-volume talent.

  • Strategically source, screen, and engage multilingual candidates for mass recruitment projects across various EU markets.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our multicultural recruitment team to consistently meet aggressive hiring targets.
  • Proactively manage and nurture candidate pipelines, ensuring a professional and positive experience for all applicants.
  • Stay abreast of EU labor market dynamics and implement innovative sourcing strategies based on market intelligence.
