Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Manager (Expert Network & Community). The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for building, expanding, and maintaining EIA's global network of mentors and experts who support EIA programs across multiple locations.

The role focuses on sourcing, outreach, qualification, and onboarding of experienced professionals (founders, operators, investors, and industry experts) who act as mentors in EIA programs. In addition to acquisition, the role ensures ongoing engagement of the expert network so that mentors can be reused across programs and locations over time.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that works closely with the program leadership, and operations to ensure a reliable, high-quality supply of mentors aligned with program needs.

Qualifications

  • Practical experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sourcing, preferably in startups, consulting, expert networks, or fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with non-traditional talent pools (experts, freelancers, advisors, contractors, mentors) is a plus
  • Strong communication and outreach skills, comfortable engaging senior professionals and executives
  • Ability to qualify candidates efficiently and assess fit based on program needs
  • Comfortable managing multiple pipelines simultaneously across different locations and timelines
  • Organized, process-oriented, and capable of building simple systems to track outreach, engagement, and availability
  • Experience in education, entrepreneurship, consulting, or professional services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
