Email Marketing Assistant
About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Email Marketing Assistant
to help prepare and stage marketing emails. You'll work closely with our COO to make sure campaigns are set up accurately and ready for deployment. This is a support role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, familiarity with email marketing platforms, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Stage marketing emails based on provided copy and assets (images, links, layouts, etc.)
  • Ensure emails are correctly formatted, QA'd, and ready for review before send
  • Upload content, segment audiences, and schedule sends in the email platform (e.g., Klaviyo, SendGrid, or similar)
  • Check links, formatting, and responsive layouts before final approval
  • Maintain organized records of campaigns and send schedules

Requirements

  • Experience with email marketing tools (basic Klaviyo is required)
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email formatting and edits
  • Strong attention to detail — must be able to catch typos, spacing, and design issues
  • Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
  • Good English communication skills
  • Able to follow clear instructions and deliver on tight deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Figma
  • Experience in e-commerce or lifecycle marketing teams
