Ecommerce & Graphic Design Coordinator

Job Description

Revolution Supply is the proud distributor of Coyote Premium Wheel Accessories, ORO-TEK TPMS, and PDQ TPMS products. We are a fun, creative, and passionate team achieving greatness in an ever-evolving industry. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an eCommerce & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our team. If you have experience developing multipage catalogs with 1,000+ SKUs, managing content for Amazon and eBay, and enjoy working in a fast paced, team oriented environment, you may be the perfect fit.

Position Overview

The Ecommerce & Graphic Design Coordinator will divide their time between:

  • Creating print and digital media (catalogs, marketing materials, product photography)
  • Managing content and optimizing listings across our eCommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, and website)

This role requires someone who is highly organized, creative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a high SKU, fast moving environment.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Design all marketing materials, including emails, invitations, website assets, product catalogs, and more
  • Take full ownership of product images (online and print) across all channels
  • Manage and organize digital asset file structures
  • Responsible for all printed materials (catalogs, inserts, sales sheets, packaging support, etc.)

Ecommerce Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize Amazon, eBay, and website product listings
  • Monitor competitive listings, pricing, and marketplace trends
  • Maximize sales performance through proper listing setup, rotation, and digital marketing support
  • Monitor overall eCommerce business health and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Strategy & Optimization

  • Conduct research to support tactical planning and recommendations
  • Develop and recommend optimization and testing plans (titles, bullets, descriptions, imagery, A/B testing, etc.)
  • Recommend and implement improvements across all digital marketing channels
  • Support operational tasks including product integration, content control, and logistics follow up

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop required)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working in a high SKU environment (2,000+ SKUs)
  • Experience developing multipage print catalogs (20+ pages) please provide samples or portfolio links
  • 3D modeling experience (Blender preferred) ability to create product renders and exploded view diagrams is a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive work style with strong attention to detail
  • Strong copywriting and layout skills
  • Automotive enthusiast is a plus
  • Must Speak, Read and Write English
