En C&S estamos en búsqueda de un/a Especialista en Owned Media & Marketing Automation, con sólida experiencia en Salesforce Marketing Cloud y orientación a la optimización de campañas digitales, automatización de journeys y segmentación de audiencias.

  • Horario: 9 a 18.
  • Modalidad: híbrido (1 o 2 asistencias por semana a oficinas en Palermo o Puerto Madero).

Bajo relación de dependencia con C&S.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, configurar y ejecutar campañas automatizadas en Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio).
  • Crear y administrar Data Extensions y audiencias mediante consultas SQL.
  • Desarrollar personalización de correos y notificaciones con AMPScript, HTML y CSS.
  • Implementar y optimizar flujos automatizados de comunicación y nurturing de leads.
  • Analizar métricas de performance y proponer mejoras basadas en datos.
  • Conectar SFMC con plataformas externas (Google Ads, Meta Ads) para campañas cross-channel.
  • Utilizar herramientas de Intelligent Reports y Einstein Analytics para reportes y optimización.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mayor a 6 años como Marketing Automation, Marketing Digital y/o Owned Media.
  • Experiencia comprobable trabajando con Salesforce Marketing Cloud en los siguiente módulos: Email Studio, Content Builder, MobilePush, Advertising Audiences, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Intelligent Reports y Query Studio.
  • Dominio de SQL y conocimiento de Teradata.
  • Experiencia en automatización de marketing, email marketing y CRM digital.
  • Conocimiento de AMPScript, HTML y CSS para personalización de mensajes.
  • Experiencia en reportes y análisis de performance de campañas.
  • Deseable experiencia en entornos financieros o bancarios.
  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
