Possumus is looking for a Power Platform Specialist to join our team for an important project.

As a Power Platform Specialist, you will have the opportunity to propose innovative and high-impact solutions for our team and our clients. Your goal will be to increase the effectiveness of the products and solutions built, delivering exceptional value. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team members you work with acquire good development practices and are kept up to date at all times.

We have multiple clients and projects. In most cases, the projects are business solutions that aim to digitalize work processes in companies that are usually done in a non-optimal way (either manually or with inappropriate tools); as well as providing real-time information for decision-making. We have implemented CRMs (Customer Relationship Management), Business Dashboards, Process Automation, and customized applications for business workflows.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Execute business solutions using all the tools of the Power Platform Suite in an optimal way.
  • Propose innovative and high-positive impact solutions for the team and customers.
  • Give a technical leap in quality to the team.
  • Ensure the quality of the developments delivered. Increase the effectiveness of the products and solutions built.
  • Ensure the learning of good development practices by the team members with whom you work together.

Minimum Requirements
Requirement

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PP) suite tools, preferably: Power Automate and Power Apps (Exclusive).
  • Experience in the management of Microsoft Power Platform (PP) suite tools: Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages and Power BI (Desirable).
  • Experience in Dynamics Sales, Dynamics Customer Service and Customer Marketing (Desirable).
  • Certifications in PL200 / PL400 / PL600 (Desirable and highly valued).
  • Experience working with Agile Methodologies (Kanban).
  • Good interpersonal skills - team working
