IMPORTANTE
- Esta es una vacante 100% presencial y de campo, con un dia fijo de oficina en Don Torcuato, Buenos Aires y el restante de tu rutina realizando visitas y participando de eventos en el AMBA.

Para nuestra división de Royal Canin, reportando para nuestra Veterinary Technical Advisor Chief, buscamos un Veterinary Technical Advisor que brindará educación integral en el territorio para impulsar recomendaciones de calidad a dueños de mascotas, profesionales del sector, socios minoristas y distribuidores, en línea con la estrategia del pilar de veterinarios y profesionales.

Este rol es fundamental para construir relaciones sólidas con los profesionales del sector y socios, mediante un enfoque de venta consultiva, y para crear conjuntamente soluciones que no solo amplíen su cobertura nutricional, sino que también respalden sus recomendaciones generando beneficios mutuos y promoviendo la salud a través de la nutrición.

En este rol, trabajarás en...

  • Garantizar recomendaciones de calidad de los profesionales del sector de las mascotas para captar nuevos clientes para nuestro portafolio.
  • Identificar y proyectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Seguir la estrategia de cobertura de ventas (frecuencia de visitas y nivel de servicio).
  • Embajador de la marca: Representar a la marca y/o ser disertante en congresos, capacitaciones y eventos externos.
  • Identificar los desafios de los clientes mediante un enfoque de venta consultiva y cocrear soluciones centradas en las oportunidades del cliente para generar beneficios mutuos, mejorar la salud a través de la nutrición y fomentar el uso de la marca.
  • Capacitar a los profesionales del sector de las mascotas en nutrición y otros temas relacionados.
  • Participar en la estrategia comercial: Trabajo en equipo y autogestión de tareas.
  • Coordinar con otros roles de campo (Digital, Comunicación Científica, etc) para brindar un mejor soporte alos clientes.
  • Transmitir nuestro enfoque VHN, SOL y Eukanuba a todos nuestros socios profesionales, así como al resto de nuestro portafolio.

Vos?

  • Sos un profesional graduado en Ciencias Veterinarias;
  • Especialidad en Pequeños Animales es preferencial;
  • Posees Liencia de Conducir es requerido, debido a que esta posición trabajará diariamente en calle/ruta;
  • Contás con un Inglés Avanzado es un diferencial para la vacante y será testeado en el proceso;
