About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join us and support a global client in the digital payments sector. You will collaborate directly with our client - a globally recognized organization shaping secure payment technologies.

You will work in a multicultural environment, leading technical initiatives with major global payment systems (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and more).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Tokenisation Wroking Group Chair in day-to-day operations.

  • Plan and track the delivery of technical specifications and documentation.

  • Coordinate subgroups and parallel workstreams.

  • Monitor risks and ensure timely delivery of technical outputs.

  • Facilitate communication with executive and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Participate in virtual meetings and occasional in-person sessions (up to 6 international trips per year).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, product/technology management, or technical documentation and process management.

  • Ability to grasp and drive complex technical topics.

  • Experience working in collaborative and iterative environments.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

  • Technical degree or equivalent professional background.

Nice to have...

  • Background in the card-based payments industry (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover…).
