Our client is a law firm specializing in personal injury and auto accident cases. With a strong presence in Georgia, they are dedicated to advocating for victims injured in auto accidents, trucking accidents, and other incidents caused by negligence.

About the role:

We are looking for a Legal Writer (Personal Injury) who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled in writing and editing. This role involves drafting personal injury demands, strong writing and editing skills, and reviewing documents.

Previous experience drafting demands is preferred.

US Law Firm experience is required.

What you'll be doing:

• Drafting personal injury demands and related legal documents with clarity and professionalism.

• Reviewing and editing documents for accuracy, grammar, and compliance.

• Updating and tracking case documents in the firm's case management system.

• Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

• Participating in remote meetings and managing documents through digital platforms.

• Working in a fast-paced environment with high case volume and supporting attorneys with day-to-day drafting tasks.

Who are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in legal drafting or a similar role.

• Strong writing and editing skills.

• Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to manage information gathering, document follow-up, and workflow support.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience drafting personal injury demands is preferred.

• Experience working in a US law firm is required.

Position:  Legal Writer (Personal Injury)

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Latin America

Working Hours:  9 am to 5 pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 900 - USD 1200 per month
