Buscamos Jefe/a de Depósitos de Producto Terminado

Misión:

Garantizar una gestión segura, eficiente y ordenada del depósito de productos terminados, asegurando trazabilidad, conservación y despachos a tiempo según estándares de calidad e inocuidad.

Principales desafíos del rol:

Coordinar recepción, almacenamiento, inventarios y despachos.

Asegurar cumplimiento de normas de inocuidad alimentaria y estándares agroindustriales.

Gestionar stock con análisis, inventarios periódicos y conciliación con SAP.

Impulsar mejoras continuas (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) para optimizar productividad.

Liderar al equipo del depósito y garantizar capacitación en seguridad y BPA.

Coordinar con Producción, Calidad, Logística, Planificación y Comercial.

Supervisar instalaciones, cámaras de frío y equipos.

Requisitos clave:

* Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración o afines.

* +3 años en roles similares en agroindustria, alimentos o consumo masivo.

* Manejo de WMS, SAP o ERP.

* Conocimientos en BPA, inocuidad y normas de calidad (ISO, HACCP, BRC).

* Herramientas Lean / Six Sigma.

* Liderazgo, análisis, trabajo en equipo y fuerte orientación a resultados.
