Our expanding Global Inside Sales team requires a highly motivated Account Executive in Buenos Aires. The successful applicant will be responsible for renewing and up selling our Maritime and Trade portfolio into accounts essentially across APMEA. Responsibilities and Impact:
The objective of the role is to successfully manage an existing book of subscription business through regular contact and excellent customer service. To grow the existing revenue through exploring new opportunities within an organization. Option to pursue new logo opportunities through marketing
and self-generating activity.
We're looking for an Inside Sales Associate, within the Global Intelligence & Analytics Division to:
- Conducts telephone conversations to identify and qualify prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in CRM system.
- Develop a strong understanding of the sales value proposition for the Global solutions and how they fit into the business requirements of your clients.
- Develop relationships with your customers to ensure long term partnerships. Maintain existing client base with growth as well as generating new business/customer.
- Making outbound calls/activities for prospecting.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reporting and forecasting.
- Achieve specific monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota.
Basic Required Qualification:
- Bachelor degree holder (Finance, Economics, Business Administration are desirable)
- Minimum of 4 years' experience preferred of managing end to end sales for New and Renewal business.
- Fluent in oral and written English, Spanish & Portuguese
- Confident & self-motivated with a passion for selling.
- A quick learner on new products and sales approaches
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Knowledge of contracts and proposal process.
- Ability to analyze business opportunities, develop effective sales strategies and close
business. - Ability to develop account and territory plans to achieve penetration and grow revenue.
- Ability to conduct effective presentations to all levels of clients.
