We are looking for a
Process & Project Enablement Specialist
to help define, optimize, and implement key operational and project processes across the organization.
You'll play a critical role in shaping how the company operates — driving efficiency, consistency, and scalability in collaboration with business, product, and technology teams.
This role is fully remote
, giving you the freedom to work from
anywhere in Central or South America or Spain.
Your Impact
- Map, design, and optimize core business and operational processes that support product delivery, partner onboarding, and customer success.
- Define and implement standardized workflows, templates, and governance frameworks that enhance execution and accountability across teams.
- Partner with Product, Technology, and Business to align process design with strategic objectives and ensure seamless implementation.
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, driving initiatives that increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
- Support the execution of key projects by ensuring clarity on roles, deliverables, and timelines, and by maintaining documentation and visibility.
- Promote a data-driven, continuous improvement mindset — helping teams use metrics and feedback to iterate on processes.
- Act as a change agent, facilitating process adoption and embedding best practices across regional teams.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in process design, business operations, consulting, or project enablement roles.
- Proven ability to analyze complex operations and translate them into clear, scalable processes.
- Experience with process documentation tools (e.g., Miro, Notion) and project management platforms (e.g. Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, and familiarity with continuous improvement practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to align diverse teams around common goals.
- Experience in consulting (management or process improvement) is a strong plus.
- Background in insurance, fintech, or tech-driven environments is desirable.
Languages
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Portuguese is a strong plus.

- Latin America — this is a 100% remote role, and you can be based in any country across Central or South America or Spain.
