Role Overview This role focuses on digital marketing campaigns, social media, paid advertising, and market research. While prior home care industry experience is not required, the ideal candidate will bring a strong marketing foundation and a willingness to learn—training in the home care industry will be provided.

** Key Responsibilities** -Digital Strategy~ Manage and enhance digital presence through marketing campaigns and social media platforms.

  • Paid Advertising~ Create, manage, and track PPC and paid ad campaigns across Google and other search engines.
  • Content Creation~ Generate digital content, posts, and ads for social media platforms.
  • Analytics & SEO~ Measure and analyze SEO performance, campaign results, and develop marketing metrics.
  • Direct Marketing~ Execute campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Market Research~ Conduct research and compile insights to define optimal target audiences.
  • Reputation Management~ Monitor, review, and respond to online customer reviews.

Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience -Degree~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience~ 3–5 years as a Marketing Coordinator or in related marketing roles.
  • Leadership~ Experience in leading teams is a plus ("nice to have").
  • Core Knowledge~ Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign management.

Software & Tools -Design~ Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.

  • Web & Analytics~ WordPress & Google Analytics.
  • Operations~ Email Marketing platforms & Microsoft 365.
