Whats the purpose of the role?
The SEO Specialist is a strategic and hands-on role focused on enhancing the company's online visibility and driving organic traffic through effective search engine optimization strategies. Were seeking a professional with 3+ years of SEO experience to maintain and improve SEO performance, ensuring sustained growth in search rankings and website traffic. To be successful, you will optimize content, improve site performance, leverage analytics to track progress, and implement strategies to boost organic reach and engagement.
What will I be doing?
- Content Optimization: Optimize website content (blogs, landing pages, product pages) for target keywords, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
- Technical SEO Maintenance: Monitor and address technical SEO issues, such as broken links, site speed, and schema markup, to ensure optimal site performance.
- Link Building: Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and rankings.
- Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs) to monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions, providing regular reports to the team.
- (Nice-to-Have) Content Support: Provide recommendations for content creation or optimization based on SEO insights to enhance engagement and rankings.

- Comprehensive SEO Audit: A detailed report outlining current SEO performance, issues, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Optimized Keyword Strategy: A well-researched keyword plan targeting high-impact keywords to drive organic traffic.
- Improved On-Page and Technical SEO: Fully optimized website pages and technical elements to enhance search visibility and user experience.
- Backlink Growth: A measurable increase in high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
- Performance Reports: Regular reports tracking key SEO metrics (e.g., organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates) to demonstrate progress and inform strategy.
What experience do I need to succeed?
- Bachelors degree (emphasis in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required).
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, with proven experience conducting SEO audits, developing keyword strategies, and optimizing on-page and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams to align SEO efforts with business objectives.

- Communication: Strong written and spoken English for collaborating with teams and creating SEO-friendly content.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze SEO data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
