Run High-Performance Ad Campaigns Across Multiple Platforms for One of the Fastest-Growing Marketing Teams

Websiteness
is looking for a highly skilled, data-driven
Media Buyer
to take full ownership of paid advertising across our client portfolio. This is a senior-level role for someone who is already an expert — not someone who needs training, hand-holding, or course-level knowledge.

You'll manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Local Service Ads (GLSA), and niche platforms we utilize for client growth. You'll handle strategy, execution, optimization, creative production, reporting, and internal communication.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, owns their results, and is passionate about building high-performing systems and processes.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage paid media campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, GLSA
    , and other channels
  • Create, test, and scale
    winning ad strategies
    for a portfolio of ~11+ client accounts
  • Build high-quality
    ad creatives, graphics, and video assets
    (or source what you need from staff)
  • Write strong
    conversion-focused ad copy
    , headlines, CTAs, and offer angles
  • Conduct deep
    audience research
    , competitive analysis, and keyword analysis
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance across multiple accounts
  • Implement robust
    A/B testing frameworks
    for creatives, targeting, and landing pages
  • Build and refine
    internal processes
    to make ads management more scalable and predictable
  • Communicate directly with project managers to get the assets, info, and client inputs you need
  • Provide clear, data-backed reporting and insights to help clients understand results
  • Troubleshoot performance drops, tracking issues, pixel setups, and attribution challenges
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion, offer improvements, and CRO enhancements
  • Become the in-house expert — the person the team turns to for top-tier paid ads direction

What You
Must
Bring This is not an entry-level or mid-level role. You MUST have real-world experience managing ads for multiple clients across multiple platforms — at scale.

  • 3+ years experience as a
    Media Buyer, Paid Ads Manager, or PPC Expert
  • Proven ability to manage
    10+ accounts simultaneously
  • Deep expertise in:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • YouTube Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • GLSA setup & optimization
    (strong plus)
  • Strong portfolio of
    case studies, results, or data
    showing past performance improvements
  • Ability to produce your own
    graphics, creative briefs, and ad variations
  • Excellent understanding of:
  • Conversion tracking
  • Attribution models
  • Retargeting flows
  • Funnels and landing pages
  • Local service industries and home-service advertising (BIG plus)
  • Knows how to request assets and information efficiently from team members
  • Strong English communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Ability to operate independently and take
    full ownership
    of performance
  • Comfortable inside tools like:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Tag Manager
  • ClickUp
  • Slack
  • GoHighLevel (bonus)

Details

  • Position:
    Full-Time
  • Location:
    Remote —
    Outside the U.S. (LATAM preferred)
  • Hours:
    ~40/week with availability during U.S. hours for meetings
  • Compensation:
    Competitive — ideally at or below the rate we currently pay PPC Foundry
  • Client Load:
    11 accounts to start (not including GLSA)
  • Incentives:
    Performance-based raises + bonuses
