Rol:

Desde Rehire acompañamos a una empresa que está desarrollando un nuevo producto alimenticio orientado al sector gourmet premium, por lo que buscamos una persona emprendedora, comercial y muy autónoma, capaz de apoyar en la operación diaria para garantizar su correcto desempeño y crecimiento. Es un rol hands-on, ideal para alguien que disfruta de los desafíos reales: organizar, visitar proveedores, negociar, coordinar logística y transformar un proyecto en un negocio concreto.

Responsabilidades:

· Ordenar y coordinar la operación inicial del producto (inventario, depósito, movimientos).

· Gestionar proveedores, logística, envíos y distribución.

· Realizar prospección comercial: visitar puntos de venta, negociar acuerdos, sumar distribuidores.

· Participar en registros, documentación y coordinación con estudios externos.

· Impulsar el crecimiento del proyecto con mentalidad emprendedora y criterio comercial.

· Ejecutar tareas operativas y comerciales, con alto nivel de autonomía

Requisitos:

· +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de canales comerciales, específicamente retail. (Excluyente)

· Perfil emprendedor, orientado a acción y resolución.

· Buenas habilidades de negociación y relacionamiento.

· Deseable experiencia en alimentos, productos gourmet.

· Conocimiento de documentación y gestoría relacionada al rubro alimentos. (Deseado)

· Capacidad para trabajar tanto en campo como en tareas de coordinación.

Acerca de la posición:


• Modalidad híbrida según necesidades del proyecto.


• Horario: Lunes a viernes, 9 a 18 hs.
