In Argentina within the Fintech/Banking vertical, we are actively seeking a
Database & Backend Specialist (Oracle PL/SQL + AWS)
to strengthen our team dedicated to ensuring the robustness and efficiency of critical business data processing.

The specialist will act as the technical database reference, capable of integrating the transactional core with modern environments, ensuring that information flows securely and efficiently into business applications.

This is you

  • At least 5 years of experience in PL/SQL development OR proven technical proficiency and autonomy to handle complex logic without supervision.
  • Expert-level mastery of Oracle PL/SQL, large data volume management, and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated technical experience working with databases and services in AWS.
  • Knowledge of NodeJS sufficient to understand integration logic and read code.
  • Experience working in teams within agile frameworks (SCRUM).
  • Student or graduate of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred).

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Knowledge of Angular to understand frontend flow.
  • Experience in the Fintech/Banking industry.

This is your role

  • Build and maintain complex PL/SQL software components (Stored Procedures, Packages, Triggers) that work in synergy with AWS services.
  • Ensure cloud database operability, managing its interaction with applications developed in NodeJS and Angular by other teams.
  • Develop high-performance data solutions, bringing expert knowledge in tuning and execution plans, with full ownership of query optimization.
  • Act with autonomy and proactivity to detect bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements before they impact the business.
  • Produce precise technical documentation that ensures maintainability and facilitates integration with agile development teams.
