Job Description

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer having insatiable intellectual curiosity and passion about developing intelligent products and applying Artificial Intelligence (Deep learning) and Machine learning techniques to solve real business problems.

As a ML Engineer, your primary focus will be to apply your AI/Machine Learning knowledge by creating algorithmic solutions that combine techniques like clustering, Image/video-based pattern mining, predictive modeling, deep learning, statistical Analysis, information retrieval, computer vision, and natural language processing and apply them to vast amounts of data. You will help us analyze and discover information hidden in the vast amounts of data (Textual as well as Image) and help us make Intelligent, accurate decisions and deliver AI enabled products to our customers.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years applied machine learning experience.
  • Minimum - master's degree in computer science, statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or related STEM field.
  • Sound coding knowledge of scientific, distributed programming and scripting languages like Python, PySpark and/or Java.
  • Design and fine-tune prompt-based models to meet specific application requirements.
  • Solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as LLMs, diffusion models, Transformers, ViT, k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, Ensembles, Decisions Trees.
  • Experience with common data science toolkits, such as Scikit-learn, MLLib, Google Inception, Google TensorFlow, NumPy, SciPy, & MatLab.
  • Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, PL/SQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Good, applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical analysis and testing (T Test), and regression techniques.
  • Great communication skills and Data-oriented personality
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as , Tableau. Kibana, GGplot is a plus.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure like AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
  • Deep knowledge of LLMs and OpenAI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of applied AI/ML.
  • Familiarity of Generative models (LLMs like Llama, Bard etc.), modern statistical learning methods & machine learning Frameworks like Pytorch, H2O, Spark etc.
  • Experience with Elastic search, NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB is a plus.
  • AI Chatbots, Conversational/Generative/AI prompt engineering skills a plus.
  • Experience with D2C and/or consumer apps is a plus.
