En Teamcubation buscamos un/a Booster Mentor apasionado/a por la IA generativa y la automatización de procesos para guiar a profesionales no técnicos en el uso de herramientas como N8N, Microsoft Power Automate y similares.

Buscamos a alguien con la capacidad de traducir la complejidad en claridad, con empatía, comunicación asertiva y una mentalidad de crecimiento que inspire autonomía y aprendizaje en otros

Tu misin

  • Diseñar e impartir talleres y capacitaciones sobre IA generativa y automatización.
  • Acompañar a los participantes en la creación de flujos de trabajo y automatización de tareas.
  • Brindar apoyo individualizado y resolver dudas técnicas.
  • Adaptar el contenido y el ritmo según las necesidades y nivel de los grupos.

Lo que necesitás traer

  • Conocimientos en IA generativa y automatización de procesos.
  • Familiaridad con N8N y/o Microsoft Power Automate (o herramientas similares).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
  • Capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos complejos de manera clara y accesible.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de software o formación en Sistemas (deseable).
