FSO Engineer-Mobility Solutions and ISP

We are seeking a skilled
FSO Engineer
with expertise in
mobility solutions
and
Internet Service Provider (ISP) coordination
, including billing and support processes. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless field operations, manage connectivity services, and deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive troubleshooting and vendor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mobility Services Management
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain mobile devices and related services for end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate mobility policies and security standards.
  • Monitor usage and optimize plans for cost efficiency.
  • ISP Coordination
  • Liaise with ISPs for new installations, upgrades, and service restoration.
  • Track and validate ISP invoices, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments.
  • Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues as needed.
  • Technical Support
  • Provide Level 1/2 support for connectivity and mobility-related incidents.
  • Troubleshoot network and device issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
  • Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate inventory of mobility assets and ISP circuits.
  • Prepare periodic reports on service performance, costs, and compliance.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in field service operations or network support.
  • Strong knowledge of
    mobility platforms
    (MDM solutions, carrier services).
  • Familiarity with
    ISP processes
    , billing cycles, and vendor management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for connectivity and device issues.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise mobility management tools (e.g., Intune, AirWatch).
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
