Objetivo del rol

Buscamos un/a Data Architect para liderar el diseño, desarrollo y evolución de arquitecturas de datos escalables, seguras y eficientes. Será responsable de definir los estándares, lineamientos y mejores prácticas para garantizar la disponibilidad, integridad y gobernanza de los datos en toda la organización.

El rol combina una fuerte visión estratégica con un enfoque técnico, colaborando con equipos de Data Engineering, BI, Ciencia de Datos y Producto para alinear las soluciones de datos con las necesidades del negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y mantener arquitecturas de datos modernas (on-premise y cloud) asegurando escalabilidad, rendimiento y seguridad.
  • Definir estándares de modelado, calidad y gobierno de datos, promoviendo su adopción a nivel organizacional.
  • Liderar el diseño de pipelines de datos y flujos ETL/ELT eficientes junto al equipo de Data Engineering.
  • Evaluar y seleccionar tecnologías (bases de datos, orquestadores, catálogos, data lakes, data warehouses) según los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Colaborar con equipos de negocio para comprender necesidades analíticas y traducirlas en soluciones técnicas sostenibles.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad, privacidad y compliance de datos.
  • Documentar arquitecturas, flujos y decisiones técnicas, asegurando la trazabilidad de los datos.
  • Acompañar y mentorizar a equipos técnicos en buenas prácticas de arquitectura y gestión de datos.

Requisitos

  • +5 años de experiencia en roles de Data Engineering, Data Architecture o similares.
  • Experiencia sólida en diseño y modelado de arquitecturas de datos complejas (OLTP, OLAP, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses).
  • Conocimiento avanzado en SQL, Python y herramientas de orquestación (Airflow, dbt, etc.).
  • Experiencia con clouds como AWS, Azure o GCP y servicios asociados (S3, Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse, etc.).
  • Familiaridad con prácticas de Data Governance, Data Quality y Metadata Management.
  • Capacidad analítica y pensamiento estratégico para alinear la arquitectura con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (valorable)
