Summary
Marketfully.AI is seeking a
Product Designer (UI/UX)
with strong visual and interaction design skills, hands-on technical understanding, and the ability to bring ideas to life within an early-stage, fast-moving product environment.

In this role, you will partner closely with product leadership and engineering to shape end-to-end user experiences, contribute to the development of Marketfully's Design System, and support rapid prototyping using design tools, no-code environments, and lightweight front-end capabilities.

This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who is excited to work collaboratively during ideation cycles—and who is comfortable working onsite with our team in Mendoza, Argentina as needed during key product definition stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements and strategic concepts into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GenAI specialists to define user needs and deliver simple, elegant solutions
• Develop and maintain scalable Design Systems that support consistency, clarity, and efficient product development
• Use Figma and AI-powered design tools to iterate quickly, test concepts, and refine user experiences
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and implemented with high fidelity
• Support rapid prototyping using front-end principles and no-code tools (n8n, Webflow) for validation and exploration
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to guide continuous improvement
• Contribute to a collaborative, transparent, and Agile workflow that accelerates delivery and increases product quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven Product Designer / UI/UX experience with a verifiable portfolio showcasing real product work
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems
• Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) sufficient for effective collaboration and feasibility validation
• Experience using no-code tools such as n8n or Webflow
• Proficiency in Figma and AI-enabled design tooling
• Experience with Design Systems, pattern libraries, or component-driven design

Preferred:

• Experience with workflow tools such as Linear or Jira
• Background working in Agile product development environments
• Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG, contrast, components)
• Experience working on AI or GenAI-driven products
