**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Product Designer at Tongo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product offerings and user experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Translating Requirements into Elegant User Experiences: Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs, keeping the end-user in mind.
High-Fidelity Designs, Mockups, and Prototyping: Develop high-quality, pixel-perfect designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes to convey design concepts and solutions effectively.

**Figma Expertise**: Utilize Figma as your primary design tool to collaborate with cross-functional teams and create, share, and iterate on design assets and prototypes.
**Design Systems**: Establish and manage the Tongo design system to ensure design consistency and scalability across our product suite.
**User Flows**:Create and optimize user flows that enhance the overall user experience, making complex financial processes simple and intuitive.
**Wireframes**: Craft wireframes that serve as the foundation for your design solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and user needs.

**Bonus Skills**:
In addition to the core responsibilities, proficiency in the following skills would be a bonus:
PowerPoint Slide Design: Ability to design engaging and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communications.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. (Fin-tech projects are a plus)
A deep understanding of design principles and best practices, with an eye for detail.
Expertise in using Figma for design and collaboration.
Familiarity with building design systems and their implementation.
Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $34,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
