Role Responsibilities

  • Review and validate AI-generated Spanish translations for fluency and accuracy.
  • Identify unnatural or awkward phrasing and provide more idiomatic alternatives.
  • Ensure language reflects contemporary usage and norms in Spain.
  • Spot and correct mistranslations, ambiguity, or tone issues.
  • Provide structured feedback on linguistic quality and localization.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Native or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with regional Spanish as spoken in Spain.
  • 1+ year of experience in translation, localization, or language QA.
  • High attention to detail and fast reading comprehension.
  • Strong communication skills for written feedback.

Compensation & Legal

  • Independent contractor classification.
  • Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
