Netrix Global is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy across Latin America, with a priority focus on Argentina. This role will manager our LATAM demand gen strategy, including event management, while driving joint marketing initiatives with strategic alliance partners, including Microsoft and AWS.
You will be responsible for crafting and executing integrated marketing plans that generate business opportunities, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate pipeline growth. This role requires close collaboration with regional sales teams, global marketing, and partner alliance managers to position Netrix Global as a trusted advisor in cloud and IT services.
How You Will Make An ImpactAs a member of our growing team, many of the Marketing Manager duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead regional go-to-market strategy, tailoring campaigns to local market dynamics and business priorities
- Execute joint marketing programs with AWS and Microsoft regional teams, including co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and digital initiatives
- Drive demand generation by overseeing lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion for the Argentine market and broader LATAM region
- Conduct market intelligence and segmentation to identify high-potential sectors, accounts, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and alliance partners to foster trust and long-term engagement
- Create compelling sales enablement assets such as presentations, proposals, and case studies that showcase our capabilities
- Track performance metrics and ROI using tools like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate and execute regional events, including partner-sponsored activities, trade shows, and executive briefings
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing, IT services, and digital transformation to inform strategy and messaging
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or sales in LATAM, ideally within the technology or cloud services sector
- Proven success in developing and executing regional marketing strategies and partner programs
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and buyer journey in LATAM markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tools for campaign tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with AWS and Microsoft cloud solutions (preferred)
- Ability to work independently, manage cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
- Creative mindset with experience in visual content creation (Adobe Suite is a plus)

- Shift: 9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday
