Remote (This is a remote contract position open to candidates residing outside the United States.)

Our graphic design team supports lifestyle brands, legacy businesses, boutiques, builders, and hospitality concepts with thoughtful visual identity systems and marketing assets. We're seeking a
Junior Graphic Designer
to support our Senior Graphic Designer and Brand Strategy team. This role focuses on production design, layout work, brand asset creation, marketing collateral, and light website + social support. You'll work within established brand systems while learning our studio's approach to storytelling and visual identity. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, curious, and ready to grow long-term within a boutique creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Designer to execute layout, design, and production tasks
  • Create and adapt brand assets across digital + print
  • Design social media graphics, email marketing layouts, and in-house collateral
  • Support the development of brand presentations, lookbooks, and visual identity guides
  • Prepare files for print vendors and coordinate file handoffs
  • Maintain organized project files, assets, and archives
  • Contribute to studio inspiration research and concept mood boards
  • Collaborate with the cross-team on creative and project planning

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of graphic design experience (agency, studio, freelance, or internship)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required)
  • Bilingual or advanced English proficiency
  • Strong layout + typography skills
  • A portfolio that shows taste, clarity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an established brand system
  • Strong communication skills and positive, collaborative energy
  • Experience with Figma or web layout tools is a plus
  • Motion/short-form video skills a plus (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, independent contractor role.
  • Base Salary: $10-$15/hr based on experience, plus potential performance bonus
