The Position

Como Patient Journey Partner (Inmunología – Nefritis Lúpica), serás el referente de Roche en Córdoba. Tu misión será acompañar el recorrido del paciente dentro del sistema de salud, generando valor y mejores experiencias mediante la colaboración con profesionales, organizaciones de pacientes y actores clave del ecosistema, garantizando así que cada paciente acceda a soluciones innovadoras y sostenibles.

La oportunidad

  • Ser socio estratégico de profesionales de la salud, asociaciones de pacientes y otros actores clave.

  • Identificar barreras y oportunidades en el recorrido de los pacientes para co-crear soluciones.

  • Asegurar el acceso y la correcta implementación de las soluciones terapéuticas de Roche.

  • Representar a Roche como referente científico en la región asignada.

  • Promover el intercambio de conocimientos y experiencias entre especialistas y organizaciones.

  • Apoyar la ejecución local de estrategias médicas alineadas con la visión global.

  • Colaborar de manera transversal con equipos internos y externos para potenciar el impacto positivo en los pacientes.

Quién eres

  • Profesional con sólida experiencia en Inmunología (Nefritis Lúpica).

  • Conocimiento profundo del recorrido de pacientes con Nefritis Lúpica.

  • Excelentes habilidades de relacionamiento e influencia en ecosistemas de salud.

  • Mentalidad abierta, colaborativa y con orientación a resultados.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar en la región asignada y eventualmente a nivel nacional.

  • Dominio de inglés para colaborar con la red global de Roche.

  • Formación universitaria en ciencias de la salud (posgrado valorado).
