Tenemos una oportunidad para vos Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona para ocupar el rol de Technical Project Manager dentro de nuestro equipo de Producto. ‍

Tu desafío será comprender cómo funcionan nuestros servicios, integraciones y arquitectura, y convertir eso en soluciones escalables que mejoren la experiencia de nuestros usuarios y acompañen el crecimiento del negocio.

Serás responsable de liderar iniciativas de producto con fuerte peso técnico, trabajando codo a codo con nuestro equipo de Producto, CTO, Engineering Managers y equipo de desarrolladores.

Se trata de una posición full time e híbrida. Nuestras oficinas están ubicadas en Florida, Vicente López.

¿Qué vas a hacer en tu día a día?

  • Traducir necesidades del negocio en requerimientos técnicos para los equipos de producto e ingeniería.
  • Colaborar con nuestro CTO, Engineering Managers y el equipo de Producto para analizar alternativas y estimar esfuerzos.
  • Trabajar junto a desarrolladores para diseñar soluciones escalables, estables y consistentes con nuestra arquitectura.
  • Llevar adelante iniciativas de producto con componente técnico: APIs, flujos backend, integraciones externas, performance, seguridad, etc.
  • Definir y monitorear KPIs clave relacionados la performance del producto.
  • Asegurar buena comunicación entre Producto, Ingeniería, Growth, Customer Experience y otras áreas de Cocos.
  • Ordenar, documentar y mejorar procesos y flujos de los productos e impulsar buenas prácticas de documentación.
  • Participar activamente en discovery técnico: entender cómo funciona lo que ya existe y qué implicaría construir lo que falta.

¿Qué estamos buscando para este rol?

  • Que tengas más de 4 años de experiencia como Product Manager, Technical PM, Product Owner, Business Analyst técnico o roles similares.
  • Que tengas experiencia trabajando en equipos de desarrollo, entendiendo complejidades y procesos técnicos.
  • Que cuentes con buenas habilidades de comunicación: saber explicar temas técnicos a personas no técnicas (y viceversa).
  • Que te consideres una persona apasionada por producto.
  • Que tengas ganas de trabajar en un ambiente muy dinámico, junto a un equipo que no frena

¿Qué suma? (deseable)

  • Que tengas formación en Ingeniería, Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Que tengas experiencia en fintech o empresas de tecnología.
  • Que hayas trabajado con Amplitude.
