As the Technical Project Manager, you're not just a techie—you're a tech visionary. You'll be the go-to expert for all things technical, from integrations and data migrations to APIs and beyond. You’ll transform complex challenges into seamless customer experiences. Our platform drives recruiting, sales, and brand advocacy, delivering strong alumni value propositions. The Role The Technical Project Manager serves as the technical interface for all customer projects, ensuring successful implementation of go‑live, integrations, bespoke apps, migrations, and data projects. Key Responsibilities Technical point of contact for customers during project implementations. Analyze customer business requirements and turn them into clever technical solutions. Work with customers on platform setup, advise on integration/API methods, and define custom business rules. Create and implement data migration plans for customers moving from another platform. Collaborate with engineering to understand and communicate technical requirements. Coordinate with data and strategy teams for prototype or beta services. Maintain project timelines, collaborating with Head of Customer Projects and implementation managers. Provide technical support to the customer projects/implementation team, bridging technical and business language. Work with sales during pre‑sales to demonstrate possibilities. Feed product team with insights for repeatable bespoke projects. Experience Experience in B2B technology, preferably SaaS. Broad technical experience in engineering, development or technical pre‑sales. Hands‑on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Extensive experience with databases such as Postgres and MySQL. Experience with APIs, defining business logic to connect systems. Experience with data migrations or data cleaning (plus). Understanding of basic internet technologies (DNS, SMTP, HTML). Strong communication and customer‑facing skills. Project management skills (agile and waterfall); certifications a plus.
