Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Specialist

We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist to help design, implement, and optimize hybrid infrastructure solutions that support STARK Group's international business.

Your Impact – What You Will Do
In this role, you will work at the intersection of cloud and on-premises technologies, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability as we continue our digital transformation. You will be part of our Infrastructure & Digital Workplace team, a group of 13 specialists with different areas of responsibility, all based at our Viby office. Together, we ensure that STARK Group's infrastructure and workplace services run smoothly across countries and business units. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in workplace services, cybersecurity, IAM, and cloud, as well as external partners, to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver secure and reliable infrastructure. You will succeed in this role when you:

• Drive the implementation and optimization of Azure IaaS and hybrid infrastructure setups, ensuring stability and scalability through proactive monitoring and automation with PowerShell.
• Develop and maintain Digital Workplace solutions using Intune and Microsoft 365, delivering secure and efficient device and application management.
• Integrate and enhance identity platforms such as Entra ID and Azure IAM, applying Zero Trust principles to strengthen security.
• Document architecture, processes, and configurations so knowledge is clear, accessible, and supports efficient operations.
• Ensure smooth IT integrations, planning and executing transitions that minimize disruption and keep business operations running seamlessly.

This role is based in Viby J, with the flexibility to combine on-site and remote work in a hybrid setup.

What You Bring
This role requires the ability to design, operate, and continuously improve secure, scalable infrastructure in a hybrid environment. To succeed, you need both technical depth and a proactive mindset – we need someone who can combine hands-on expertise with a focus on reliability, security, and automation. You likely bring:

• A solid educational background in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience with Azure IaaS and hybrid infrastructure, including automation using PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace technologies such as Intune, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online, plus familiarity with Linux-based mail systems.
• Comfort working with identity and access platforms like Entra ID and Azure IAM, applying Zero Trust principles.
• A good grasp of networking fundamentals and security concepts to ensure resilience and compliance.
• It's an advantage if you also have experience implementing IaaS solutions and supporting IT integrations during M&A transitions.
