Somos una empresa de tecnología que opera en comercio electrónico y logística internacional, pero nuestra complejidad no está en la web: está en los sistemas que toman decisiones en tiempo real. Procesamos grandes volúmenes de datos de múltiples mercados, modelamos costos y restricciones en tiempo real y ejecutamos flujos automáticos de pricing, inventario, transporte y cumplimiento.

La mayor parte de nuestra infraestructura es software propio: servicios distribuidos, pipelines de datos, motores de cálculo y sistemas de almacenamiento optimizados para cargas con alta concurrencia, bajo jitter y requerimientos estrictos de consistencia.

Descripción del rol

Buscamos ingenieros capaces de trabajar cerca del metal cuando hace falta, modelar datos con rigor y diseñar servicios que tengan comportamiento predecible bajo carga. El rol es full-time e híbrido, con base en nuestras oficinas en Belgrano.

Vas a trabajar en componentes centrales: motores de ingestión de datos, sistemas de decisión, servicios stateful, modelos de sincronización, y almacenamiento especializado. Lo que diseñes entra en producción rápido y afecta operaciones reales.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar e implementar servicios que deben tolerar alta concurrencia y mantener invariantes estrictos.
  • Construir y mejorar APIs de bajo overhead y flujos de datos con garantías claras.
  • Diseñar estructuras y modelos de datos que soporten crecimiento sin deterioro de performance.
  • Analizar y modificar componentes existentes: concurrencia, locking, patrones de acceso, tiempos de respuesta.
  • Exponer razonamiento técnico de forma precisa, con argumentos, no con opiniones.
  • Trabajar con autonomía: cada diseño requiere justificar sus invariantes, costos y trade-offs.

Requisitos

Necesarios

  • Experiencia sólida con Go o C++.
  • Dominio de Postgres a nivel interno (MVCC, índices, planificación, WAL, locking).
  • Conocimientos fuertes de fundamentos: concurrencia, complejidad, representación de datos, memoria, sistemas distribuidos.
  • Haber construido sistemas donde los límites vienen de throughput, latencia y contención real, no de frameworks.
  • Capacidad de aislar problemas complejos y explicar la solución paso a paso.

Deseables

  • Rust u OCaml (o experiencia equivalente en lenguajes con tipos fuertes y modelos de concurrencia estructurados).
  • Experiencia con ClickHouse o almacenes columnar de alta velocidad.
  • Experiencia optimizando E/S, caches, colas lock-free, o estructuras persistentes.
  • Haber diseñado pipelines que mueven datos con garantías formales o semiformales.
