Project Manager Funcional

Para sumarse al equipo de uno de nuestros clientes y participar en proyectos de gran envergadura, principalmente del rubro petrolero.


Sobre el rol

La persona seleccionada trabajará junto al
Operation Manager y al Key Strategy Manager
, coordinando la operación, el análisis funcional y la implementación de proyectos, actuando como nexo entre clientes y equipos técnicos.

Buscamos un perfil con fuerte capacidad organizativa, mirada funcional, habilidad para coordinar con equipos técnicos y excelente manejo con clientes.

Este rol es clave para garantizar
orden, claridad, documentación, seguimiento y calidad
en la entrega de los proyectos.


Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y coordinar el día a día de los proyectos junto al equipo de Desarrollo.
  • Administrar y mantener actualizada la herramienta interna de gestión.
  • Realizar seguimiento de backlog, prioridades, dependencias y plazos.
  • Detectar riesgos, bloqueos y escalarlos oportunamente.
  • Mantener reuniones con clientes para relevar requerimientos y traducirlos en especificaciones funcionales claras.
  • Elaborar documentación funcional y técnica de apoyo.
  • Gestionar la relación estratégica con clientes, cotizaciones, solicitudes comerciales básicas y documentación requerida por cuentas clave.
  • Acompañar al KSM en el análisis de requerimientos estratégicos y cuentas clave.
  • Reportar al Operation Manager el estado real de los proyectos.
  • Trabajar alineado a la estrategia de Operaciones y Comercial.


Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de
    3 a 5 años
    en roles de Project Manager, Analista Funcional o Coordinador de Proyectos.
  • Experiencia en empresas de software, SaaS, ERP, POS, retail o industria petrolera (deseable).
  • Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos.
  • Capacidad para interpretar requerimientos técnicos y traducirlos a lenguaje funcional.
  • Experiencia en documentación funcional, flujos, casos de uso y testing.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión.
  • Excelente comunicación con equipos técnicos y clientes.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos en simultáneo.
  • Perfil proactivo, con ownership y foco en resultados.
