Buscamos Front Desk Agents apasionados por la atención al cliente y los viajes para unirse a nuestro equipo a bordo. Como parte esencial de la experiencia del huésped, serás el rostro amable que resuelve necesidades, gestiona reservas y garantiza que cada pasajero viva una experiencia memorable desde el momento en que sube a bordo.

¿QUE OFRECE LA EXPERIENCIA CRUCEROS?

  •  Salario competitivo en dólares.
  •  Alojamiento y comida incluidos durante el contrato.
  •  Vuelos cubiertos desde tu ciudad de origen.
  •  Viajes por el mundo (Caribe, Mediterráneo, Asia, etc.).
  •  Contratos de 6-8 meses a bordo + descanso

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Resolver consultas, quejas y solicitudes con empatía y profesionalismo.
  • Coordinar reservas para excursiones, restaurantes y servicios adicionales.
  • Utilizar sistemas de gestión hotelera (ej: Fidelio, Opera) para actualizar datos de huéspedes.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos (limpieza, restaurantes, entretenimiento) para optimizar la experiencia del pasajero.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de protocolos de seguridad y sanitarios.

 REQUISITOS

Experiencia y habilidades:

  • 1+ año en puestos de atención al cliente (recepcionista, hotelería, turismo).
  • Manejo de sistemas de reservas o PMS (Fidelio, Opera, etc.).
  • Inglés fluido (nivel B2+). Otros idiomas (alemán, francés, mandarín) son un plus.
  • Excelente comunicación interpersonal y resolución de conflictos.
  • Adaptabilidad para trabajar en entornos multiculturales y bajo presión.

Deseable (no excluyente):

  • Experiencia previa en cruceros o hotelería de lujo.
  • Certificación STCW (o disposición para obtenerla).

El Front Desk Agent es el corazón de la operación guest-facing y reporta al Guest Services Manager. Tu trabajo impacta directamente en la satisfacción del pasajero y la reputación de la naviera.
