Growth Operating System for the AI era

We are launching
Growth Signal
— a productized, executive-grade growth intelligence report designed to help CMOs and Heads of Growth make
better decisions from data
, without dashboards, meetings, or noise.
We are looking for a
highly quantitative, systems-minded Growth Hacker
to own the
Growth Signal GTM engine
and partner with product to help shape the
Growth Pulse
layer.
This is not a channel-operator role.
This is not a "run ads" role.
This is a
data-driven judgment role
.
HOW WE WORK (IMPORTANT)
Force of Nature is a
distributed team
with:
- Core execution team based in Argentina & Uruguay
- Executive leadership based in San Francisco
You will:
- Work async-first
- Collaborate daily with Spanish-speaking teammates
- Spend most of your time
thinking, analyzing, and building
, not meeting
Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
Comfort working with
global, highly technical teammates is required
.
YOUR ROLE
You sit at the intersection of:
- Quantitative analysis
- Product-led GTM
- Growth decision-making
Your job is to:
- Use data to determine
what Growth Signal should surface - Build GTM loops driven by
real signal
, not anecdotes - Partner with product to define
what executives need to see to act (or not act)
You are not just distributing Growth Signal.
You are shaping
what intelligence looks like
.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Build the Growth Signal GTM Engine (Primary)
You will design and run
product-led, asynchronous GTM experiments
powered by data.
This includes:
- Quantitative analysis of outreach performance
- Segmenting ICPs based on response patterns
- Evaluating willingness-to-pay signals
- Designing "request a report" conversion logic
- Running controlled pricing and cadence experiments
No demos.
No phone-heavy sales.
Data + artifacts do the selling.
Build Dashboards, Reports, and Decision Views (Critical)
This is a
core requirement
, not a side task.
You will:
- Build dashboards to track GTM performance
- Analyze report engagement and downstream behavior
- Create structured summaries of what the data is
actually
saying - Translate messy signals into
clear decisions
You should be comfortable:
- Designing your own reporting views
- Working with raw datasets
- Asking "what decision does this data support?"
We care far more about:
How you reason with data
than what tools you use to visualize it.
Partner with Product on Growth Pulse (Critical)
You will work closely with:
- Product
- Data
- Strategy teammates (primarily LATAM-based)
To help define:
- What signals belong in Growth Pulse
- What signals mislead executives
- How confidence and restraint should be reflected in data
This role is a
bridge between GTM reality and product intelligence
.
Run High-Velocity, Quantitative Experiments
You will:
- Design 5–10 experiments per month
- Define success metrics before launching
- Analyze results rigorously
- Kill experiments without attachment
- Document learnings clearly
Experiments are judged on:
- Signal clarity
- Decision impact
- Repeatability
Not vanity metrics.
Use AI as a Quantitative Force Multiplier
You will use AI to:
- Explore datasets faster
- Generate hypotheses
- Create analytical summaries
- Accelerate reporting and insight generation
AI fluency is assumed.
AI
judgment
is the differentiator.
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is
deeply quantitative - Thinks in distributions, not anecdotes
- Enjoys building dashboards and decision views
- Is comfortable working with imperfect data
- Can explain
why
a signal matters - Cares more about correctness than speed
- Is energized by ambiguity and systems-building
You might come from:
- Growth roles with heavy analytics ownership
- Private equity / investing / operating roles
- Strategy consulting with strong data orientation
- Product analytics or GTM analytics roles
- Scrappy growth roles where you owned the numbers end-to-end
WHAT MATTERS MOST (IN ORDER)
Quantitative Judgment (Non-Negotiable)
You must be able to:
- Build and interpret dashboards
- Work directly with raw data
- Identify false positives and noise
- Decide when data is
insufficient - Support or block decisions with evidence

EXPERIENCE (GUIDELINES)
Required
- Demonstrated experience using data to make growth decisions
- Comfort building reports or dashboards
- Experience running real experiments (not just analysis)
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously
- Strong analytical reasoning
Strong Bonus
- Private equity, finance, or investment background
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar
- Experience working with LATAM teams
- Spanish proficiency
- Experience shaping product analytics or signal design
