Contract Analyst

SDI is expanding its Contract Management Team and seeking a
Contract Analyst
to play a key role in managing contractual processes on behalf of our clients. This position involves end-to-end contract administration, analysis, and negotiation, primarily focused on supplier onboarding. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, facilitate smooth negotiations, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review client requirements and gather essential information for contract preparation.
  • Draft agreements using standardized templates and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct introductory calls with suppliers to explain contractual obligations and SDI's role.
  • Collaborate with Contract Manager by challenging proposed changes from suppliers, aiming to minimize deviations from standard terms.
  • Lead contract negotiations, organize meetings, and manage tasks across multiple organizations.
  • Advise the Sourcing team on commercial terms and conditions.
  • Maintain onboarding documentation in the designated repository.
  • Manage and update the Supplier Onboarding Database to ensure data integrity for reporting.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive approach to client and supplier relationship management.
  • Preferably university law students.
  • Proven experience acting as Contract Analyst in Corporate environment.
  • Experience in negotiation of Legal Terms and Conditions
  • Ability to understand legal and business risks and their potential impact
