¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Liderar y supervisar proyectos estratégicos y tecnológicos complejos, asegurando alcance, tiempo, calidad y presupuesto.
  • Aplicar y mejorar metodologías de gestión de proyectos: PMI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y facilitar la comunicación entre áreas técnicas y no técnicas.
  • Gestionar riesgos, prioridades, recursos y cronogramas, proponiendo acciones correctivas y mejoras continuas.
  • Asegurar la calidad de los entregables y mantener la documentación de proyectos actualizada.
  • Participar en iniciativas de transformación digital, innovación y optimización de procesos.
  • Gestionar relaciones con stakeholders, presentar reportes ejecutivos y facilitar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

¿Qué necesitamos de vos?

  • Experiencia comprobable superior a 6 años en gestión de proyectos, idealmente en entornos corporativos o regulados.
  • Certificaciones: PMP, Scrum Master, Agile.
  • Metodologías y herramientas: manejo de metodologías de gestión de proyectos y herramientas como Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello o similares.
  • Capacidad para liderar proyectos complejos, coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar riesgos, cronogramas y presupuestos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo colaborativo, visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.
  • Experiencia en transformación digital, automatización de procesos y manejo de herramientas de análisis/BI como Power BI.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas, normativas y estándares aplicables al proyecto.
  • Proponer mejoras en procesos de gestión de proyectos, promoviendo eficiencia y estandarización en la PMO.
