We're looking for a user-centric designer to ensure design consistency and quality across our projects. In this role, you'll refine and maintain existing UIs and design systems, making sure everything stays product-accurate and visually cohesive. You'll also help communicate design updates clearly through lightweight presentations or annotated prototypes when needed.

In This Role You Will

  • Ensure design accuracy, consistency, and adherence to high standards across all deliverables.
  • Refine and maintain existing UIs and design systems to guarantee visual and functional consistency across products.
  • Communicate design updates and improvements clearly through quick reviews, walkthroughs, or annotated prototypes when needed.
  • Actively participate in feedback sessions and incorporate input seamlessly into design refinements.
  • Manage multiple ongoing tasks, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Stay current with design tools, software updates, and evolving UX/UI best practices. Proactively identify and suggest user-centered improvements grounded in UX principles.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline design workflows and enhance efficiency.

Skills
Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in Figma (medium to advanced level)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite, including editing
  • Knowledge of AI tools (intermediate level)
  • Bilingual in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including walkthroughs and high-fidelity prototypes
  • In-depth understanding and experience with large, stable design systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of UX with the ability to propose solutions
  • Interest in software/hardware trends and user experience innovation

Soft Skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable and open to diverse approaches and project types

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of proven UI experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI design principles applied in real-world projects, with an emphasis on UI-specific work.
