Your Team, Your Impact
The University Recruiting team at Marvell manages all aspects of the Internship/Entry Level recruitment program. We are a global team that works across regions to build and maintain a global program. The University Recruiting Coordinator will support campus recruiting and internship program activities. The ideal candidate will assist with the full life-cycle campus recruiting, event management, reporting/metrics, and other project-based responsibilities.

  • Able to problem solve with an innovative mindset and a data-driven approach.
  • Event management, both in person and virtual
  • Time management skills with the ability to execute deliverables for multiple simultaneous events or programs across various client groups
  • Communicate clearly and effectively predict the needs of clients

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of HR/Talent Acquisition coordination experience
  • Experience in partnering effectively with all teams and levels; internally and externally
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking, university job boards and CRM systems, such as Workday, Handshake, Simplicity, Avature, Beamery, etc.
