What You Can Expect
- Attention to detail is mandatory and demonstrate meticulous organization skills
- The ability to change tasks on short notice and adapt to new hiring environments

- Event management, both in person and virtual
- Time management skills with the ability to execute deliverables for multiple simultaneous events or programs across various client groups
- Communicate clearly and effectively predict the needs of clients

What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of HR/Talent Acquisition coordination experience
- Experience in partnering effectively with all teams and levels; internally and externally
- Familiarity with applicant tracking, university job boards and CRM systems, such as Workday, Handshake, Simplicity, Avature, Beamery, etc.
- Attention to detail is mandatory and demonstrate meticulous organization skills
- The ability to change tasks on short notice and adapt to new hiring environments
- Able to problem solve with an innovative mindset and a data-driven approach.
