Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in driving growth for businesses. They excel in transforming websites into lead-generating machines while amplifying brand awareness through SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
About the role:
We are seeking a Paid Ads Analyst to develop, manage, and optimize high-performing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns for multiple accounts. The role focuses on driving measurable results, including improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lead generation for roofing industry clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing both Google and Facebook Ads campaigns and be eager to learn our client's unique program and campaign setup. This role is hands-on and does not require managerial responsibilities but demands exceptional attention to detail and accountability for campaign performance.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is required.
Home Service experience is a plus.
What you'll be doing:
Develop and execute paid ad strategies for Facebook and Google Ads, tailored to the roofing industry.Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and achieve client goals.
Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
Learn and implement the client's proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems.
Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
Who are we looking for?
3+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant tools; proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable with video calls for client communication.
Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client's processes.
Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
Position: Paid Ads Analyst
Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm CT
Holidays: US Federal Holidays
Salary: USD 1500 to USD 1800 per month
