Audience & Measurement Analyst
para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Tecnología y Medición. El objetivo del rol es garantizar la integridad y precisión de la infraestructura de datos de nuestros clientes. Serás responsable de la ejecución técnica y la calidad de la medición, asegurando que los datos fluyan correctamente entre el AdServer, los DSPs y las plataformas de analítica.

Google Marketing Platform
. Buscamos un perfil con fuerte base técnica, que domine alguna herramienta clave del stack y tenga la intención de
automatizar procesos
y apoyarse en la tecnología para escalar resultados.
Tus Responsabilidades
- Ad Tech:
Gestión integral de CM360 (Campaign Manager), Floodlights, auditoría de creatividades y taxonomías. - Implementación:
Configuración avanzada de tags, triggers y DataLayer en GTM. - Analítica:
Gestión de propiedades, eventos y audiencias en GA4. - QA & Reporting:
Asegurar la consistencia de datos entre plataformas y generar reportes técnicos para estrategia.
Requisitos y Habilidades Técnicas
Buscamos un perfil analítico, orientado al detalle y con facilidad para la resolución de problemas técnicos (troubleshooting) que cuente con experiencia comprobable en roles de Operaciones (Ad Ops), Analítica Digital o Implementación en agencias o consultoras.
- Dominio de Herramientas (Core):
Es fundamental contar con un manejo avanzado/sólido en al menos una de las herramientas de nuestro stack principal: - Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Capacidad de Análisis:
Habilidad para interpretar datos, entender modelos de atribución y traducir métricas técnicas en diagnósticos claros.
El "Extra Mile"
- Mindset de Eficiencia:
Uso de IA (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini) y herramientas de automatización como Supermetrics. - Ecosistema Programático:
Conocimiento de DSPs (DV360, etc.) y su integración con el AdServer. - Advanced Tools:
Experiencia con Brand Safety (IAS/DV) o Dynamic Ads (DCO).
