Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Oversee and review AP/AR with precision and compliance.
  • Keep all financial records audit-ready and documentation up to date.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Track recurring-revenue streams with accuracy (subscriptions, services, modules/customers).
  • Lead daily cash management, forecasting, and variance tracking.
  • Deliver insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and evolving business needs.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CTA or public accounting certification strongly preferred.
  • 4–5 years of experience in accounting/finance (fast-growing environments a plus).
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel + ERP proficiency (QuickBooks or similar).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Advanced English (spoken & written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach.
